Description

Mama, are you tired of feeling like you have nothing left to pour out, and yet still feel like you’re somehow not giving enough? Do you wish you could stop rehearsing the same patterns from your family that you swore to yourself you would never repeat?

Are you sick of spending hours worrying about your kids and being constantly bombarded with all of the “what ifs” that take over your mind? Do you wish you didn’t feel like you just had to survive this season and that you could actually enjoy it?

How about waking up excited for the day, feeling confident as a mother, and living out those dreams you abandoned so long ago?

In this podcast, you will find tools, wisdom, and encouragement to help you step into the life you were created for! We will dig into healing from your past by re-aligning your identity with Christ, shining a light on depression and anxiety, and ending the cycles of unhealthy family patterns.

We will work to help you craft a healthy, joy-filled life by creating healthy habits, diving into boundaries, and discussing practicals to being a godly wife and raising our kids with intention. We will equip you to spread hope into the world by discovering your gifts and passions, resurrecting old dreams, and learning how to take the freedom you have found and bring others in on it!

If you’re ready to move from anxiety, depression, and overwhelm, and to step into the abundant wide open life that God is calling you to then I think you have found your spot, Mama.

Hi, I’m Brittany, your guide to navigating this journey of healing. I have spent years as a therapist, leader, and coach, helping people move out of the spaces they have been stuck in. I also have walked through my own journey of healing from decades of depression, anxiety, anger, and a deep belief that I am not good enough.

I am here because God used a miscarriage to show me I had nothing to fear and that it was time to use all that he has healed in me to spread his message of hope into the world.

So mama, grab your coffee and journal so we can unpack what it looks like to live a life you were created for! We are going to get super real, laugh about our quirks, and do the heavy lifting to transform our pain into purpose.

If you’re ready to grab hold of your courage, step out in faith, you will discover that your life can become more than you ever dreamed possible. THIS is Morning, Mama! A place for you to throw off all that has been holding you back and run into true freedom. Let’s go!!

Do you feel like you’re just getting through the day? Like you’re surviving instead of truly living? Maybe you feel stuck, exhausted, or quietly wondering if things will ever get better. If that’s you, this episode is for you. Today, we’re talking about wonder—and how rediscovering it can bring life, joy, and hope back into places that feel dark or stagnant.  As we move through the Christmas season and toward a new year, I felt God impress this word wonder on my heart. Wonder isn’t just a feeling—it’s a posture. It’s the belief that there is more than what we see right now. That God is still working. That surprises, redemption, and beauty are still possible, even after long seasons of pain. In this episode, I unpack what wonder really is, why it matters so much, and how losing it slowly drains the life out of us. We talk about how a lack of wonder can leave us feeling flat, hopeless, and resigned—like this is “as good as it gets.” But that is not God’s story for your life. I truly believe God wants to restore wonder in your heart—this Christmas season and beyond. You are not forgotten. You are not stuck forever. And even if it feels silent right now, God is still working behind the scenes. love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? Sign Up for the Pain to Peace Academy HERE. Do you ever find yourself lying awake at night, spiraling through every possible what if? What if something happens to my kids? What if we get a diagnosis? What if our finances fall apart? What if something goes wrong that I can’t control? If this is you, friend—you are so not alone. God put this episode on my heart because the “what ifs” were creeping into my own life, and He opened my eyes to the truth: worry imagines a future without God in it. This episode will ground you, strengthen you, and help you step out of fear and into the peace that Jesus promises. love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? Do you ever catch yourself saying, “I just don’t feel like it”… and then making your decision based on that? I don’t feel like getting up. I don’t feel like exercising. I don’t feel like cooking. I don’t feel like reading my Bible. I don’t feel like dealing with this right now. If so—same, friend. This episode came straight out of my own conviction. Recently, I heard someone casually explain why they skipped something based on how they felt, and it was like a lightbulb moment. I suddenly realized: that’s me. That’s what I’ve been wrestling with for years—trying to honor how God made my body and emotions without letting my feelings run my life. In today’s conversation, we’re exposing the cultural lie that says, “Just listen to your feelings.” Because yes—God created our feelings, and they matter. But they were never meant to be the leader. They’re meant to be indicator lights, not our steering wheel. love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? Sign Up for the Pain to Peace Academy HERE. Do you ever find yourself grumbling? Feeling discontent? Frustrated with your season, your home, your people, or even yourself? If so, friend, you are not alone. This episode was one I had to stop everything to record because I am living it right now. I’ve been in a challenging season, and my spirit needed these reminders just as much as yours does. We’ve been talking a lot about the enemy’s schemes lately, and one of the biggest ones he uses is discontentment. He wants you to focus on what’s lacking—what’s broken—so you never see what God is actually doing. Today we’re digging into what Scripture says about being content in every situation and the practical rhythms that help us live this out. If you’ve been overwhelmed, frustrated, or feeling sorry for yourself—even in the middle of a blessing—you’re in the right place. love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? Today’s episode is such a gift, friend. I got to sit down with one of my dear friends and former neighbors, Ana, and talk about something I know so many of us are thinking about: How do we prepare our kids to thrive in the workforce and be a light for Christ in an ever-changing world? If you’ve ever looked at the next generation and felt nervous, confused, or overwhelmed (hello Gen Z stereotypes!), this conversation will encourage you. Ana has lived in the corporate world for nearly two decades, worked in both finance and marketing, managed teams, mentored young professionals, and now runs Business Excellence Hub, a program designed to fill the massive gap between what kids learn in school and what they actually need to succeed in real life. If you have a teen, college student, or even an elementary child you’re already thinking 10 steps ahead for, this episode will give you clarity, hope, and so many practical tools for raising confident, capable, young leaders. https://www.businessexcellencehub.com/ https://www.instagram.com/behub_us/ love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? Do you know what the voice of the enemy sounds like? Can you catch thoughts that don’t align with God’s truth—before they take root in your mind? If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, bitter, ashamed, or constantly battling discouraging thoughts, this episode is for you. Today, we’re talking about catching the enemy—recognizing where his voice is sneaking into your life and learning how to take those thoughts captive so you can walk in peace and freedom. The enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy, and while we often imagine that as big external attacks, most of the time he’s working through our thought life. He plants small, subtle lies that feel like our own thoughts—“It’s not fair,” “He doesn’t care,” “I’ll never be enough,” “I’m the only one who does anything.” Those lies slowly divide our marriages, drain our joy in motherhood, and distort our view of God and ourselves. love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? Are you ready for Thanksgiving? Do you feel confident walking into the day—family dynamics and all—and actually enjoying it? If you’re feeling nervous, overwhelmed, or unsure of how everything is going to play out, this episode is for you. Today I’m sharing the mindset shifts, heart posture, and practical tools that will help you have an amazing Thanksgiving no matter what circumstances greet you.  As we head into the holiday, so many of us wrestle with expectations, old wounds, family tension, overstimulation, or just the desire to control how the day goes. I’ve been there. I’ve ruined holidays because of the picture I built up in my mind. I’ve stressed myself out as a host. I’ve gotten dysregulated by dynamics I didn’t expect. And over the years God has really taught me how to enter the day differently—with freedom, intentionality, and a heart that is focused on love over perfection. In this episode, I walk you through the six and a half things that will help you experience a truly peaceful, joy-filled Thanksgiving this year—one that honors God, strengthens your relationships, and keeps your heart grounded no matter what happens. love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? Do you realize just how much the physical environment of your home impacts the emotional and even spiritual atmosphere? For so long, I undervalued the physical. I focused on the spiritual, emotional, and mental—and those absolutely matter. But what I’ve learned over the years is that the physical space you live in is shaping your peace, your stress levels, your ability to connect, and even your discipline. And today, we’re diving into all of it.  In this episode, we're continuing our home series and talking about how to create a home that refreshes you, supports your emotional health, and helps your family thrive. I’ll share the three main “places” we can fall on the spectrum—over-focused on the physical, under-focused on the physical, or grounded with a God-centered view. I’ll share where I’ve personally struggled (hello, moving chaos mixed with three kids and my husband out of town!), the conviction God has shown me, and practical ways to start shifting your home environment without falling into perfectionism. love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? If your internal dialogue were played out loud, what would it sound like? In this episode, I help you examine the internal environment you’re cultivating—your thoughts, self-talk, and beliefs about yourself—and how they shape every part of your outer world. We talk about the hidden impact of negative thoughts, how Scripture calls us to renew our minds, and four practical steps to take authority over the lies that have lived rent-free in your head for too long. This conversation will help you move from self-criticism to Spirit-led confidence so you can bring peace not only into your home but into your own heart. love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? Have you ever stopped to notice the emotional environment of your home? Not the furniture, the schedule, or the décor—but the feeling that fills your space. Do you love being there? Does your husband? Do your kids feel peace and belonging—or tension and chaos? In this episode, we’re unpacking what it means to build an emotionally healthy home—one that feels like a safe harbor instead of a pressure cooker. You’ll learn how to identify what’s “off,” what contributes to disconnection, and how to partner with God to reset the tone of your home. We’ll also talk about how as women, we often set the atmosphere—through our tone, our pace, and how we handle pain. Whether your home currently feels heavy, hurried, or disconnected, this episode will remind you that change is possible. You have spiritual authority to set a new tone of peace, joy, and connection—no matter what’s happening around you. love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? Have you ever wondered if the struggles in your life are because of generational curses—the idea that your family’s sin or pain is being passed down to you? Maybe you’ve heard people say they’re “breaking generational curses” or “carrying their parents’ baggage” and felt both hopeful and confused. In today’s episode, we unpack what the Bible actually says about generational curses—and what it doesn’t. You’ll discover the difference between curses and patterns, how sin and pain really get passed down, and what Jesus already accomplished for you on the cross. We’ll talk about how to stop giving power to false beliefs, how to recognize spiritual and emotional inheritance in your own story, and how to step into the authority and healing that’s already yours in Christ. If you’ve ever felt stuck in your family’s story, this episode will help you finally breathe again—and take your next step toward freedom. love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? Hey friend — are you just tired lately? Like, no matter how much sleep you get or how many things you check off your list, you still feel completely drained? I’ve been there — running on empty, trying to pour out when there’s nothing left to give. And in today’s episode, we’re talking all about what to do when you find yourself in that place. This isn’t just about physical exhaustion (though that’s real!). I’m walking you through how to recognize whether your emptiness is physical, emotional, or spiritual, and how to refill each area with grace — not guilt. You’ll learn: ✨ How to quickly assess why you feel drained — and what your body, mind, or spirit might be asking for. ✨ Simple, doable ways to restore energy even when you can’t “call in sick.” ✨ Practical rhythms that bring joy back into your day — like taking a walk, decluttering one space, journaling, or spending a few quiet moments with God. ✨ How to let God refill you instead of pushing through on empty. If you’ve been feeling weary, distracted, or disconnected — this one’s for you. You don’t need to do more to get back on track. You just need to pause, breathe, and let God restore your soul.  love, Brittany    Ready to become a peaceful wife and Mama? Sign Up for the Pain to Peace Academy HERE.
